The Nodus Factory Solution :
Nodus Factory Industry met this challenge by developing a custom-made Dy-Protec® sheathed textile spinneret.
This solution uses a core of Dyneema® fibers (SK78/SK99) to guarantee exceptional strength and minimal elongation.
It is protected by a Dy-Protec® sheath offering superior abrasion and UV resistance, while providing a finished, aesthetic appearance.
The system has been designed with end fittings and, where appropriate, textile adjusters (such as shackles or specific setting systems) to enable quick and easy installation on the boat deck and easy tension adjustment by the end user, without complex tools.
